I think it depends on the fish and how oily and scaly it is. Some fish I love the skin, like trout, others, like Salmon, are too scaly to eat.
I do too but, to be blunt, it makes your water a little too strong.
To be clearer, for people who don't understand, it makes wee wee smell very strong/fishy!
Do you also like the hair on cows?
I love it when it is nice and crispy, I add some oil to the skin again for the last few minute and leave the door ajar.
That reminds me I need to get some flounders out for tomorrow. Ta

I love the skin nice and crispy but, it does depend on the fish because some species of fish you can not eat the skin.....and for those who dont like it they just dont have good taste.
I thought I was the only person to eat the fish skin!! None of my family like it so I get to eat it all. Its great.

I do think the guy that asked about the cow hair was pretty funny though.

it's like eating chicken with the feathers still intact!
they just dont want to deal with scales but some fish is fattning like salmon or any other large fish....and me skin on all the way
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I hate the fish skin it just look nasty to me, So i just peel it back and eat the insides.. i am the only one in family that does and I stand by it !
i hate it cos it's slimy.
For me it's a texture thing. I just don't care for it.
