Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Both are good;

BUT ONLY if prepared by those who know how.

* beef liver (young beef) in milk, the dust with four, pan fried + sliced onion = tasty

* sushi/sashimi: MUST rely on the chef who knows well of the art;

since eating raw fish, say uncooked salmon, can give you a HELL OF A PROBLEM health wise.

Liver is kinda yucky looking/sounding/smelling, and I%26#039;ve had the non raw-fish kinda of sushi and really liked it.
