Answers:
Thai green chile curries, with lots of cilantro and thai basil and lemon grass. I like to make mine with prawns and red bell peppers. Thai curries are made with coconut milk which can be very high calorie and cholesterol, so when I am serious about dieting I just use a few scant spoons of coconut milk for flavor, and substitute a mixture of vegetable broth and green tea for the rest of the liquid.
Other Answers:
certainly, almost all Thai food is low in calories - papaya salad (pok-pok or Som Tam)is very low in the cal department and is made of chillies, papaya, lime, garlic, tamarine juice, brown-sugar to taste, fish sauce, green beans and tomatoes. People add dried shrimp (I don't like that) and peanuts.

any grilled firm white fleshed fish with thai mango salsa is so yummy and fresh, and the salsa is pretty simple to make, no fuss at all..
you'll need some julienne cut mango, some chopped cilantro, fresh red chillies, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice, all mixed together, put on top of your fish, hmmm..
