Man, I love it! I can eat lots ofsushi at a go. Though I always forget the name afterwards. I like the crabsticks, mayo and salmon ones. Absolutely delicious!

I was spending $400 (US) a month on it. Then I took a course in it and learned to do it myself. The rice is the hardest part to get right but once you get that down you're on your way. I have a Mitsua (Japanese mega market) near my home so I always have a ready supply of ingredients.

I love Sushi!!! I am starting to learn how to make sushi myself. It is going to be hard to compete with restaurants that have really experienced chefs out there. My favorite maki is the Dragon Roll. Restaurants make it differently but my favorite has shrimp tempura, unagi, and avocado rolled together with unagi sauce and roe drizzled on top. I love it.
