I do too, my favorite is shrimp gumbo from the Pontalba in New Orleans at Jackson Square. I hope its still there. I make my own at home using a gumbo mix made my Louisiana Fish Fry company. Its easy and always turns out great. Laissez lez bon temps roulez.

Gumbo is delicious, and you should also try the Italian equivalent, cioppino. I like seafood gumbo. It has the roux, seafood, sausage, chicken, and rice!! Mmmmmm, makes me hungry.
