i like the fine texture the meat fibers are like half that of beef and if seasoned right .brb going to buy lamb

not at all I like some recipes using lamb. It depends on where one buys the lamb to cook with on how good it is. Some people can't eat lamb if they know it because it's an innocent baby. Each to their own.

Yes... Love my Outback Lamb with Cabernet sauce.

its kinda nice.. but i try not to eat it Only if it's prepared/cooked so that it doesn't taste gamey. Pew, gamey stinks and tastes like sh*t. Otherwise yes, when not gamey it's delicious.
