Kitty said: Yes.is there a lot of calories in Sushi?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(is there a lot of calories in Sushi?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
It depends on what kind you order. If you are eating sashimi or raw sushi, then there will be less calories since it's all fish (or seafood) and it isn't cooked in oil or grease. However, if you order restaurant specialty rolls, they often mix it with mayonnaise or fry some part of the roll, which adds calories. Traditional sashimi & sushi is very healthy so if you're worried about calories, stick to those.
Other Answers:
It really depends what you order:
Sushi, 238 calories per 100 grams (3-1/2 ounces)
A good sized sushi roll weighs about eight ounces approx
450 calories, (50 calories per piece with vegetables and fish).
It contains 9 grams protein, less than 1 gram of fat,
48 grams of carbohydrate and 1.5 grams of fiber.
A piece of Sashimi with rice weighs about 1/2 ounce.
It's very high in protein and other nutrients!
It's a very very low-fat food.
There are not much calorie in Sushi, one ounce of sushi has 38 calories.
That is one of the reason why Japanese stay slim and live long.

No. Sushi is usually made from rice, seaweed and fish. All low to no-fat foods. Very low calories. no. but it depends on which you choose and how much you eat.

It depends on what kind of Sushi you eat. Red meat fish like Toro is high in calories. If you stick with veggie kind, you'll be fine.
