Hindu eat no meat, and Moslems eat no pork. Many from both faiths will not enter a restuarant that serve those items. My understanding is that there a countries in the middle east where you can not even import pork. Good luck.

You're going to open a business in a country that do not eat pork.
Not only will you lose money... they'll probably burn your restaurant.

A barbecue joint in the Middle East and in India will be a difficult thing, as Muslims don't eat pork and Hindi's don't eat beef. I am an Indian Hindu but I just love beef. But the majority don't. So don't even think about it. You'll stir up religious frenzy here. Muslims don't touch pork. You'll shut shop in a week or a month whichever is sooner.
