Wow, thats funny, my parents own a russian store lol... umm... we sell borscht, chicken kiev, pelmeni (kinda like ravioli), Chebureks(fried calzones), and baklava plus a LOT more! Take a look at the menu from the Russian Tavern in Columbia, SC to get some idea.
