Your major problem is going to be with prepared supermarket products. The only to avoid the things you are allergic to is make your own sauces and cook from fresh ingredients. Go to the BBC's information site (BBCi) and search on Saturday Kitchen and recipes. There are some great dishes there to choose from. However, one of my favourites is homemade BBQ tandoori chicken.
Marinate a de-skinned chicken(s) breast in crushed garlic, chopped (small) onion and juice from whole lemon. Marinate for at least an hour - longer the better and turn regularly to ensure both sides absorb flavour.
Mix a small tub of plain/natural yogurt (Greek yogurt is good) with 1/2 teaspoon of gar am Marsala and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric spice. If you do not have these use curry powder instead. Add a tablespoonful of marinade residue to yogurt and mix well. Finished mix should take on a strong yellow colour and form a thick sauce.
Dry chicken with kitchen paper towel and then coat with yogurt mix. This should form a creamy coating over the whole surface of the chicken.
Now BBQ chicken until done alternatively bake in hot oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!!

I wish I could help you out here. I too have food allergies but find that if I eat small amounts of these foods, it does not affect me. I absolutely love Chinese food. In fact I love all Asian food and peanut oil is used in a lot of dishes but ask your server when you order food for food content and read packages. I sometimes pop an allergy pill if I am not sure about a dish, this might help you. Good luck and bon appetite!
