Answers:
I got a good one, I just made it this past week, we have a really good international/whole foods store..I hope you do. But you can buy it anywhere,or make it...Here is the recipe I have. it is for Spring rolls. It turned out really good. I got it off the Internet.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 to 2 tablespoons fish sauce (can get anywhere now)
2 to 3 teaspoons ground red Chile peppers
1/2 carrot or daikon, shredded ( I used daikon)
1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
In a small saucepan combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in red wine vinegar, fish sauce and red chile peppers. Pour sauce into serving bowl. Chill, then top with carrots and sprinkle with peanuts before serving.
Sooo good good luck.
Other Answers:

it is chili sauce and you can get at the store in the ethnic food section. I think it's call Cirracha (it's totally spelled wrong) but it's a red chili sauce.
