I don't know but cognac (CONE-yak) is a type of brandy, also called Napoleon brandy. It's a little more alcoholic than most types of brandy but it's really yummy, has a pleasant warming affect, and it makes you seem sophisticated if you drink it. a good brand is Hennessy.
