Answers:
You can not "make" Kosher meat. Kosher means that a specific product has been handled throughout the entire journey (ie: from farm to plate) according to Jewish Orthodox Law. Though pig and shellfish are never kosher due to age old traditions that state they are dirty and can never be raised or handled in a cleanly manner.
Other Answers:
I believe it is a way the animal was slaughtered. And not cooking meat with anything made with milk ... I think
Kosher meat is meat prepared under the Jewish dietary guidelines set out in their scriptural laws. The rules require certain things like not mixing dairy products with the products of the animals who give milk, since it is considered an offence to the animal. Cloven hooved animals like pigs are totally off the menu.

im jewish so u can trust me. you cant make kosher meat. its just how the animal was killed. it means it was killed in the most painless way and no blood in the body was left because the blood is supposed to be the soul because it gives life. also it cant be meat like pig or bottom feeders like cra or lobster
Kosher meat is meat that has been prepared according to Jewish dietary laws. Kosher mammals and birds must be slaughtered in a way designed to minimize the pain inflicted.

The meat comes from a kosher animal that has no blemishes and is slaughtered quickly and in a humane way. Even the knife used cannot have a nick in the blade. This is the short answer. The actual answer is very involved.
Kosher meat can be bought from a Kosher butcher.
I read the answers and yes, kosher includes how the animal is slaughtered, but all forgot that it also includes how the animal is treated during its life. Kosher meat comes from a free range animal- not penned up all its life, just waiting for slaughter.
