sushi is made of...?

Answers:
Sushi is seasoned rice seasoned with Japanese vinegar, sugar and salt. The topping or supplement to the rice depends on what you'd like. There are different types of sushi such as maki, nigiri, chirashi, hand rolls. Ingredients such as tuna, roe, egg, cucumber, etc., can be used with the rice. Many people confuse sushi with raw fish, which it is not.

Other Answers:

Seaweed and rice are the most important things. You can add fish, veggies, cream cheese, eggs - I've even seen sushi with fried chicken.

This site actually has videos of them making the various types:

Usually a bed of sushi rice with either raw or cooked fish (shrimp and crab are cooked prior to forming) or veggies or scrambled eggs. In some forms of sushi, the whole thing is wrapped in seaweed. It's good stuff.
uncooked fish and rice
Fish
There are three types of sushi- Maki, Sashimi, and Nigiri. Maki is a roll- rice, fish, and anything else- wrapped in seaweed. Sashimi is just a slab of fish. Nigiri is a slab of fish on top of hand-compressed rice.
