Answers:
Try Kebobs with meat/ seafood/ veggies with garlic rice and salad on the side.. red wine, of course.. then desert shall be something delicious like a chocolate mousse( u can share a spoon together) wink ... wish u the best! dont forget to use candles and soft music ( dont scare him) make him feel like home .. maybe sunflowers..( it helps!) it worked well for me ..

Other Answers:
Make him a good quality steak, homemade mashed potatoes (garlic, and keep the skins in), homemade dinner rolls, & a bottle of red wine.

Steak, cold beer and BJ. He'll be your slave for life. Find out what he is allergic to, and don't cook it!! A girlfried of mine has a horror story about that. She and her guy are still together, even though she sent him into anaphylactic shock.

I'm sure that if you cook whatever it is that you cook best, he will be impressed by it. Light some candles and have a romantic setting. Ambiance is everything!

best of all get him to take you out to a wine and dine and you could both order what you like and wouldn't have to worry if this or that was right. pasta

find out what his favorite is and make that

Baked spaghetti is good too.
Dessert - maybe pie. ;) for the past couple of years i've been using these two cookbooks to make the most amazing meals.
While the Pasta Cooks (Andrew Schloss)
Cooking With the Chicken Man (Leonard Thomas)
both books include incredible recipes that are fast to make yet incredibly flavorful. the books have even been stolen from my kitchen by friends and family.
it may interest you to know that i dated a guy for two years and he gained 60 lbs eating only my cooking. :) pasta..wud never go wrong..easy too..but op for small bite sizes pastas..
