i agree with ham. That is a great choice
Ham is good.I also like green beans.A salad of some kind is a reall good choice. Really good, all beef hot dogs. Johnsonville makes good ones, or maybe the Oscar Meyer footlongs!
Oh, ham huh? Corn would be too starchy (what with the macaroni), as would potatoes of any kind, so I would go with a light tossed salad with Italian dressing.

I like Au-Gratin Potatoes with my macaroni.
I would go with a green salad or green veg like broccoli or green beans. Peas would probably be good too although I'm not a big pea fan. Fruit would be good too.The ham is a good choice. i would do a fresh greens salad, or grilled vegetables with a home made marinade
Collard greens, pinto beans, black eyed peas, cabbage, okra and tomatos, green beans, dressing and gravy, rice and gravy.
salad or some clshowme Here's a good side I serve as a salad course after pasta or meat- it will go very well on the same plate as a baked macaroni.
4 Roma or heirloom tomato in large dice or slice or wedge
8 to 10 leaves fresh basil chiffonade or chopped
1 small red onion julienned or sliced very thin
1 tbsp capers (small) with 1 tbsp liquid from capers

You know that green bean casserole that is always around at Thanksgiving? That would be good because you can bake it right alongside your macaroni, and it isn't loaded with starch like corn or potatoes. The macaroni noodles are plenty of starch for me! A salad of any kind would also be welcome. garlic bread or chix nuggets
Boiled green veggies.
I usualy fix green beens or rice and gravy with mine or both, depends on how hungry you are!!! Oh did I mention that I'm coming to your house for dinner!! LOLStewed tomatoes. It is asparagus season. There are lots of them in market, and not for long. Dont forrget to eat. There are so healthy and delicious. I m cooking now some of them..
A green salad with an olive oil dressing.
