Oxtail Stew with dumplings. Bought the tail at a farmer's market and braised it with onions, carrots, garlic then added fresh tomatos and good red wine and let it simmer overnight. Topped with dumplings. Fabulous!!! Great with strong hot coffee or more of that good red wine.
Built my own remote controled airplane!

terro shrimp,very large shrimp,6 to 8 count per pound,raw,remove shell and butterfly,stuff sharp cheddar cheese(from a block about 1/8 in. by 1/8 in.and about 1 in.long, a sliver of jalapeno pepper,wrap in bacon tightly and secure with a tooth pick.sprinkle with mild spice(Cajun). grill until done,cheese will start to ooze out,and bacon should be short of being crisp. if you like shrimp you'll love this,experiment with spices
