you can make salads,i.e. potato salad, tuna macaroni salad, tossed salad, pasta salad. then you can make casseroles,i.e. lasagna, meatball casseroles and Sheppard's pie.also banquet has a frozen crock pot dinner that's real good ,i always add more stuff.
good eating.
pasta - lots of ways to fix it - alfredo - pesto -marinara - meat sauce - even pasta salad - pick a type cook a big batch - serve spaghetti one night - use leftover pasta to make pasta salad - it can be used to make a quickee soup
Tatar tot casserole...I saw it on some show about a family of 16..
3lbs ground beef
1 med onion
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups milk
1tbsp garlic powder
large bag tatar tots
brown ground beef and onions, add tablespoon of garlic powder,
put in the bottom of a large baking dish
mix the soup with milk and stir until well combined, put tatar tots over ground beef and onions and then pour the soup/milk mixture over the tatar tots...Bake for an hour@350
you can put cheese over the top during the last 5 minutes of baking...
Tastes pretty good....it's different
How about a BIG pot of spaghetti it might last for 2 days, BIG pot of stew maybe 2 days again, how about some enchiladas (cheese) those are easier than meat ones that's all could think of hope this gives U some ideas. Happy cooking & God Bless!
Pasta and breadsticks with a side of fruit or maybe a salad bowl you could even have a vegetable tray if you like.
First get a lot of ground beef then season it with Lipton onion and mushroom soup mix (or just onion) brown some up with taco seasoning and make tacos one night then take more of it and add 1 can of sloppy joe mix and you have sloppy joes take more of it and add some sloppy joe mix, chopped onion, bread crumbs and two eggs put in bread pan, top with the rest of sloppy joe mix and you have meatloaf take the same steps as last but instead of breadcrumbs add some uncooked rice and stuff in green peppers, then you have stuffed peppers, brown the rest of the meat and toss in a jar of pasta sauce and you have spaghetti then brown more of the GB and toss in a large can of cream of mushroom soup and some sliced mushrooms, serve over egg noodles or Texas toast then lastly take the GB and add a little Worcestershire sauce and make burgers. You can buy a big amount of potatoes and cook and mash to go along with some of the dishes ahead of time and all of these dishes freeze well so you can make a ton and freeze them. Now if you have a picky family you can make all of this ahead of time and put in single servings so when someone doesn't like what's on the menu they can get something they would like out of the freezer, defrost and heat in the microwave.Another great thing to make are Enchiladas you can make beef chicken and or cheese and you can also make them ahead of time and freeeze them too.Have the kids help with those they will enjoy it and you will love the help!Good luck.
