Answers:
I like onion dip. This tastes similar (but much better!!) to the "onion soup mix" dip:
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. tamari
2 T. dried parsley
3-4 T. dried onion
Mix all ingredients. Let sit for at least an hour or two for the onion to soften up and the flavors to meld.
Funny story--a friend of mine "tried" this recipe "except I changed it to use onion soup mix". The next time I made it, she tasted it and commented on how good it was! I told her that it was the same recipe I had given her...she was amazed! :)
Be sure to serve raw cauliflower and carrot sticks with this dip. Yumm!
Other Answers:
Mix mayo and soy sauce to your taste. Be careful, it's easy to use too much soy sauce. This is especially good with crisp-tender broccoli that has been refrigerated after cooking.
