Veggie stir-fry! You can put all the veggies you love in and have noodles or rice with it. It's fantastic...and you can season it with all of your favourite spices...no wrong way to make a stir-fry.

Grilled Lg. thick Portebello Mushrooms, zuccini, yellow squash, onion. Just grill 'em like you would a steak. Brushed with olive oil.

I grill a mixture of mushrooms, squash, corn on the cob, asparagus and onions. I dump them in a big bowl, put a couple tablespoons of olive oil and some seasoned salt in with them, roll them around and grill.

(soy marinated tofu cooked in chinese 5-spiced seasoning).
2) stir fry chinese twin lettuce (looks like romaine lettuce, but bit longer leafs, they call it A-choy at the oriental markets), short bok choy (looks like regular bok choy, but smaller in size, green leafs w/ white stalk)/ small gai choy (chinese mustard greens) w/ fresh garlic, ginger & bit sesame oil. sometimes, i add some presoaked dry shitake mushroom shreds for stir frys, v/ flavorful & yummy !! da best !!
3) mix bean sprouts, blk peppers, light soy, sesame oil, w/ carrot shreds, cucumber shreds, chopped cilantros, jalapenos & white tofu strips. chill & eat it as salad.
4) vege wraps w/ 5-spiced tofu, baby spinach, cucumbers, jicamas/ fresh/ can waterchesnut diced, bit of sesame oil.
5) pan fry vegetarian duck/ stir fry vegetarian abalones(can goods found at oriental markets)w/ cauliflower & shitake mushroom shreds w/vegetarian oyster sauce.
6) stir fry asparagus w/onions, red peppers in black bean sauce. (blend fermented black bean w/garlic & ginger)

gosh..endless stir frys..love all stir frys. enjoy :) When I go to the Lebanese restaurant and get their green Lentil Soup as an appetizer; and the Vegetarian Stuffed Plate for dinner. (It has stuffed squash, cabbage leaves, grape leaves, and also comes w/ salad and moussaka.) Mmmm!
