Answers:
take the corn and pull the husks down but dont rip them odd. wash your corb and get the silkies off.put you some butter on them with some salt & pepper and pull the husks back up. wrap them up in tin foil and grill for 15 - 20 min. keep turning. As for your brats just tie them up until its time for dinner!! LOL!! Naa I know you mean those bg weenes just keep rolling them around over LOW heat so they'll get done (most of the time theyre actually pre cooked)but keep them moving so they dont bust open and dry out! Enjoy!
Other Answers:
wrap them in foil and cook them, till at least one side has a little bit of brown or black. When they're done, squeeze some lemon juice or lime juice on them, spread with butter and Greek Seasoning. Yum!
You mean Corn on the Cob? Wrap in foil with butter and salt, let it cook for a long time..keep turning it so it cooks on all sides. cook until slightly blackened. Just be careful when opening the foil, it could burn you!!
P.S. I am not sure what brats are...
use tinfoil. grease up your cob with whatever you want (butter, spices, etc) and individually wrap the cobs in foil and then pop the whole cob wrapped in foil on the Q.
foil wrapping techniques are good, you can prepame then just cook. good for camping.
wrap them in foil with savory and butter
boil the brats in beer and then drop on the grill with some onions and peppers
I'm from the Bratwurst Capital of the U.S., or so we're all told at our Bratwurst Festival every August. I'm a pro cooker of these babies. Get some beer, a 12 oz can will do fine, (Light beer works best) and pour it into a pan and put in your brats. If the pan needs more liquid to cover, just top it off with water. Now let this boil and boil and boil for prolly a good 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on it though, as they cook they'll release fat and make a foam on top and boils over real easy. Now take em out of your water and have your grill preheated to high. If you have a sear burner, throw em on there and brown them up quick then move em over to the low side and let em cook for another 10 minutes. If they start to break open, they're almost too done. Don't poke em with a fork to turn them either. If you do it will break the skin and ya lose all that moisture you just put into em by cookin them in beer!
P.S. They are NOT preboiled. Avoid cross=contamination. Check all meat for doneness and ensure they reach the correct internal temperature prior to serving.
