what should i do for me sweet sixteen? Im going to have it kinda like a black and white formal but with the color teal too! theres going to be martini glasses with non alcoholic slushys. Im going to have maybe 15-16 people not to many. 8 of them are going to be my best female friends and the other 8 guys. all of them will come over to my house and have fun for awhile then im also doing it the weekend after i get my license so were going to the casino to have midnight breakfast. afterwards all the girls can come over and hang out and stay the night. i dont have a huge budget but i need some party ideas for before and after going to have breakfast. Games, snacks, decorations whatevers fun. Anybody have any ideas???

Sounds to me like you've already made enough plans to fill up the whole time. Unless everyone in your group has no conversational abilities (and somehow I doubt it), you should be fine.
Try to keep everyone out of trouble...
