Have a big bash! Invite all your friends to go to your house. You can have a sprinkler on so that people can get wet. Get a huge cake! Take everyone out to the movies and maybe go swimming. Or you could have a costume party. You could dress up as a princess or something. Maybe you could have a pizza eating contest at your party.Have party hats, too! It would be cool to have a dance party too. Maybe a Dance Dance Revolution party. Maybe you could have a cake fight outside. I hope theese ideas hyelp and you have a great time at your party!

since this is in the food & drink Entertaining section, this what came up in my head: a party at a nearby restaurant where the chefs cook in the center of each table, so the guests can watch. i've been to a Japanese restaurant where they do this, and its cool and entertaining. the chefs do tricks and stuff... the food turns out great... =]
A Hawaiian theme party outside is always nice, especially in July if it's a nice day.
