I like the Oscar theme idea. For New Years, my mom bought my son and nephew sparkling welches juice but it came in wine bottles. It was so cute...maybe you could get some of those bottles (they have all different flavors) and get some wine glasses, or the cheap kind from the dollar tree and use those...rent a hall out if you or your parents can and do the Oscar theme with red carpet and all. Have all of your friends dress formal. Guys too if they come. I'd either do that or have a ''teen girl'' theme party. The traditional sleep over where you paint each other's nails and talk about boys all night lol. Or if it's warm now where you live maybe you can get some tents and go camping outside. I did that in my backyard for>you.............................. toilet paper, you can choose a victim, dress up in black and put black makeup on and sneak around the yard and stuff, thats what we did for our friend, it was so much fun. and if its a close neighbor you can see their faces when they get their morning newspaper!! Happy birthday and have fun!!

how about a fashion show party. you and your friends can put together a bunch of differant outfits, dress up, accessorize, and model for the parents and other guests. there are alot of fashion type decorations you can come up with.
then you have to have the original girlie night in have your best friends over for a sleepover and then paint naills, apply face mask, do makeovers and try different hairstyles you know what i mean do head to toe pampering its great fun and you have a laugh...
you could watch some girli films ie. dirty dancing have a midnight feast and when really late watch horror films!!!
well depends if its a girl or a boy a girl you can hold like a slumber party with lotsog girly stuff like makeovers and that and lots of girly gifts if its a boy quaser is the best all boys love to run around and make lots of noise
