Hmm.give eachother make overs, sing along with a karaoke machine, get a bunch of girly magazines and talk about things in them, make something together.even if it's food. That's always fun. Take plenty of pictures! Pretend you guys are models on America's Next Top Model. It's a sleep over, relax, be girly and have fun!
I had a sleepover at a hotel. and man was it fun. i had alot of things planned like games and stuff but we didnt use them!! we were just so crazy, acting stupid, talkin...and yeah!!
u dont nneed to plan anythin! ur friends will find out ways to entertain themselves!! trust me! just remmber to have fun and happy b-day!!
Whatever comes to mind<if anything> . I had a sleepover when I was 12 and we had a blast. We had lots of music, my mom even let us call people on da phone and play pranks on them. Since my sleepover was at a hotel we swim for a couple of hours, we ate and even had pillow fights. Last but not least the MAJOR ICE FIGHT!! Although my mom was mad cuz we were running up and down the halls for and hour throwing ice at each other but she got over it. The purpose is to do what u want and to think like a 14 y/o girl not anything else. So enjoy!
Do a road rally. My friend did this and it's really fun.
Make a list of what you have to do. You'll need drivers, and split everyone up into groups. It's kind of like a scavenger hunt but better. Have digital cameras or something so you can prove you did it. One of my friends was "Do a chinese firedrill" and "ride on a kiddie machine at wal-mart" you guys could make movies or go to the movies too!

get some fancy wine type glasses (plastic is fine)...then layer the following...in the bottem, place cooked grits or potatoes, then put on your cooked meat, (bacon, sausage, ham), then add a pile of scrambled eggs to each glass, and top off with shredded cheese.
