Do a theme. Got a favorite movie? Have everybody come as a character from the movie, Tarantino flicks are always good choices. Play the soundtrack.
Or go totally kid oriented, I mean like 6 year olds. Wait till your friends are drunk, blindfold them and make them play pin the tail on the donkey. Get a pinata, serve finger food, and a huge cake with something ridiculous on it.
Buy dumb hats and flower leis, play group games that get everyone involved, pictionary, scattigories, murder.
Murder:: One judge, one actor, one guesser. The Judge chooses who gets killed (the waitress, bellboy, hooker, whoever), where it happend (closet, kitcken...) and the weapon. (spatula, knife, arrow...) and tells the "actor" ONLY.
The guesser comes out of seclusion and has to figure out everything by watching the actor. The actor CANNOT make any sounds. Kinda like charades. When the guesser gets it (the judge decides if he gets it or not), then the actor steps aside, the guesser becomes the actor, and a new person comes out of seclusion. So on and so forth... Time each set of people, the people who have the shortest time should win something.

it is illegal to serve alcohol to underage kids and your mother could go to jail - which would be good - then you could be put into a foster home and be under the supervison of an adult who actually cares about you.
