if you want a party, you needed to start planning it a week ago. just go out to dinner with friends. 16 is not a big deal.

or if you wont a biggere party have like it outside evening pool party music dancing food you could have a set theme like your fav colour and make everything that colour say white or something and everyone has to come in white or something and you cn have a a hite cake and all

Invite 15-20 of your friends the family you love, set out a table for gifts, make a mix of all your favorite songs to play, consider karaoke and DDR, have some of your favorite quick foods and a cake then decorate in your favorite color and have a good time.
