Go out on the town! Make each of your friends that is coming along responsible for picking somewhere to go for like an hour (tell them to get creative!). You can get creative with restaurants, stores, clubs, and other places. Don't let them tell you what's happening or where your going. You could even take a limo with everyone in it and stock it with non-alcoholic drinks or mixers.

Rent out a hall or confrence room at a hotel. Then decorate with mirrors, black lights and lots of candles.Have lots of sitting, different types of couches and tables and chairs. Then have a nonalcholic bar. Have the bartenders make a menu of some easy nonalcholic drinks that could go with the name of ur club.
Have a vip section with some kind of performer... like a henna tattoo artist or fortune teller.

try a hotel! My favorite hotel is the radison hotel! not too fancy but not all grungy and stuff. they have them all over i'm sure there is one near you!
