pull out pictures from previous parties and reminisce.
ahh.. first you should've invited more people; second, you should do a flip contest into the pool, and if somebody hurts themself there's only two people to deal with!...lol.(srry if dat was kinda mean!)

Once everyone is done swimming then break out a deck of cards.
3 people does not make a party..it's more like a few friends getting together. My kids have friends over all the time in the pool, all they do is swim, play music, eat snacks and talk.
a true friend would share the girl with his guest.
