You could do a celebrity memory game, where you take photos of clelebrities, place them on stars, flip them picture side down, and viola! I would limit it to 5 pairs, to keep the game moving. You could also do a musical chairs w/a movie soundtrack (High School Musical or Cheetah girls, something like that).
I would serve snack foods, check out kraftfoods.com - lots of easy recipies. You can give out sunglasses, fake jewelry as favors and have everyone dress in thier "Hollywood" best!
Let them make stepping stones using some concrete and placing their hands and bare feet into the wet cement. Let it dry, adn they can take it home as a favor.
make your own hollywood walk of fame with the kids that are invited to the party. Use your walkway and make their stars out of poster board!
