Answer:
maybe it is trying to talk about $ - Are you a penny pincher? Maybe you are supposed to buy something you always wanted and now it the time.

circulating coinage (mint).
Peppermints?
Go buy some mints and make circles and maybe it will be considered pop art, thus you will become popular and die rich.
I think Mr. Polo mint got that fortune cookie many decades ago... he took the advice, and the polo mint now makes him a fortune.
To make a circle with mints, you need to suck them down to an itty bitty flat piece of mint. It means to take your time, do not rush into something...meaning do not bite the mint and savour it.
no i have no idea but i heard you should real them and add in bed at the end maybe if you do that it might help you understand it more
Yeah...Confucius is confused. Or, old and just needs to retire!
If you are making circles with mints..it time for "the home".
it means to slow down and enjoy
When I read it, I get an image of a little kid, relaxing in a meadow, making crowns out of mint leaves. Possibly it means, now is the time to just lay back and enjoy the world.. do not haste (waste your time hurrying about) any longer.
No idea. I always add "In Bed " to the end of all my fortunes. It makes them much more interesting.
No idea what it means. Maybe the person who make it felt bore, just put whatever on it.
