A $ sign, make it out of cupcakes, you won't have to cut it then.
Make it a giant hundred dollar bill and say something like "may there be many more to come".
Do not have a cake at this party just have a bag of cash with a candle on top, or you could take the traditional choice and just have a cake made to be like a bag of money with a candle on top.
How about a cake in the shape of an account book? It can have cute sayings about accounting or have dollar signs as decorations.

a calculator shaped cake would do fine
perhaps a cake like a calculator
