Answer:
The website www.fearfactorpartyideas.com has a Party kit and in it they have a whole section on food ideas they called it a Mini Buffet But they did things Like jello Jigglers that are yellow with the Fear Factor Candy Eyeballs If I remember more I will update my answer. I did this for my daughters the food was a lot of fun we did it as a lunch as they arived they ate then we did the challenges. Good Luck!
I once saw a Halloween Jello mold of a human heart. It was really scary- not gross- very very cool.
I hunted one down for you- This company makes anatomically correct hands, brains and hearts as jello molds. check it out!

Squirrel Pooh (mushrooms and raisons cut up in small pieces set in green jelly - used an ice tray as a mould)
Cow Brains (soggy bread with pieces of cooked noodles, dyed yellow with food coloring)
Fish guts (tuna in tomato sauce)
Cricked Juice (liquid Cereal with bits of cut up raisons)
Scrambled Spiders (scrambled eggs dyed blue with food coloring, it actually came out purple)
Night Crawlers - this was a fun one (sour worms dipped in honey and crushed chocolate biscuits)

Here's some more ideas;
Lice-grains of rice
Severed fingers-hot dogs cut in1/2 lengthwise
Intestines-pasta noodles with a few chunks of gelatin for effect
Eyeballs-cocktail onions
Spagetti and meatballs - salads. breads You could just decorate the table with bugs and strange items and serve normal food .
crush up oreo's and have worms (gummy worms) comming out of it
go to kraftfoods.com under hoidays look under halloween they have a punch that fog rises from and lots of other great recipes
you could take one of their ideas that they done with witches and change it to fit the need of your party
use food coloring to change colors of things
I had read somewhere to take a plastic glove (like you'd use for washing dishes), wash it out, and fill it with the same kind of punch that you'll be serving. Either tie the end off or secure it somehow and freeze it. When it's time for the party, take the frozen punch out of the glove and place it in the punch bowl. Not only will it keep the punch cool, as it melts the "fingers" will break off and float in the bowl.
