it depends on how old you are turning. i need a little more information.
but i guess since you like shopping, maybe take some friends out to the mall, give them all about 20 dollars to spend, and they can bring their own money too if they want, and then shop for a few hours, then maybe go to the food court and buy one of those huge cookie cakes, and eat it right there in the food court and open your presents. or you could just go back to your house for cake and presents.
if you dont like that idea, maybe bowling or skating.
maybe a sleepover with some girls your age.
or ice skating is fun too. :)

invite some of your friends to your house for a party play games and listen to music and stuff youll have fun if your with them even if you just hang out
well,if u r a teenager,then probably you should take ur frnds out to a mall and probably you could even treat ur frnds in a resturant if u want.if u want to stay in the house n celebrate then you should only call ur good frnds n then u should go shopping the day b4 n pick up some readymade stuff like veggies n dip 4 starters(they r healthy too)n do sum important groceries,4 main courses u could just bake some pasta n all.
i hope that helped because i am a teenager too n i am always confused what to do on my birthday parties.and do not invite your frnds 4 sleepover if u dont want much of a mess.But it is always fun when u hav frnds staying over in ur house.
