Make some co*ksucking cowboy shots. You can buy it in 2ltr casks now and the quality is pretty good. Go and buy some cheap cowboy hats for everyone attending, even if they're plastic. Buy some inflatable or cardboad cactus for decos (If your artistic you could make these yourself) Bails of hay would also suit the theme

with links on the left that are clickable Under 'topics' there's a special section just for theme parties.
Contact the east party, they had a wild wild party recently!
Sounds like fun.

For food you can serve chili. There are a lot of websites that offer great ideas for themed parties, including decorations and food.
Hawaiian pool parties are fun & can get pretty wild
well food is easy just think of the west (where i was born) alot of the stuff has a spicy kick to it but fried chicken, chili, cornbread or biscuits here are some more recipes down below. as for decorating and things to do rent a square dancing movie and try to do it. and if you have room with no door or leading into another room with cardboard do the saloon doors. and make fake wanted posters of you and your friends to hang up and if you want to get crazy have them say wanted for to much drinking and sex or something like that. then have bottles of alcohol all over the place to make it look like an old fashioned saloon. if you need more e-mail me. also here is a site for a great drink idea. also rent old westerns and watch them all night or play old country music.

beef jerkey for appeitizers

pork and beans

chilli

for decorations you can get cowboy hats and sherriff badges at www.orientaltrading.com
Have a barbecue
If you have room, you can get those hay blocks to sit on and maybe even a Chuck Wagon set up.
Steak, Beans, and Apple Cobbler are cheap. If you have too many at your party and Steak is an issue, go for Brisket of maybe Ham.
It'll be a lot of fun.
You can have the ladies dress up as Indians.
Buy Mason canning jars to drink out of. Buy everyone a bandana to wear. Go to the thrift store and buy cheap pairs of cowboy boots - slip a glass down into the boot, add water and flowers for centerpieces (daisies and sunflowers are always good) Use small pieces of raffia to tie together your silverware and your napkins. You could use a bandana as a napkin - and then everyone can wear these afterwards.

Hay bales are great. Pitching horseshoes is fun. If you can rig a pair of horns up on a sawhorse, you can have a cow roping contest. Bluegrass or country/western music would be great. You can line dance.

Food: Beer, BBQ, Chili, Corn on the cob, potatoes, cornbread, watermelon, ice cream or pie for dessert. Cowboy coffee serves with dessert would be great!

YeeHaw!
