um.swimming, dancing, spin the bottle (if its allowed), or play a game me and my friends play: one person says something that they have done, then every body else that has done that too has to spray ready-whip or spray cheese into their mouth. it sounds dorky but once everyone starts to play it gets fun.
Theirs a game called Hillarium which is a blast. Check the board game section. Its funny and a great ice breaker. If you're looking for a made up game my cousins and I play opposite chardes. Break into two teams and one team makes charades for the other team to work with and vice versa. But instead of one person acting it out, that one person is the guesser while the group acts out the charade. Its hysterical b/c some people might be doing one interpretation of it while someone else is like doing something different. It makes for good laughs.
