Answer:
That pretty much leaves nothing but water.
Just Hot water and Lemon juice is really good. (make sure to have LOTS of lemon juice!
Try IT!
Warm up some juice like white grape juice or heat some lemon water.
anything you can mix with water, like koolaid, or gatorade.
How come the limitations? There's this stuff called Postum (which I think tastes like crap!) that people use for a coffee substitute. There are probably some soy based products that would substitute for the milk and chocolate, or even some Rice Milk stuff. You can also try heating up some other juices, such as Cranberry or Pear Nectar.
Cuppa soup?
Hot Mulled Pineapple Drink
Atole
Coke or 7-up.
I love spicey tomato juice (V8 juice also works) heated up, served with fresh ground pepper on the top and a celery stick.
I also like hot spiced cranberry juice and mulled wines (white or red). You can even buy spice mixes for these or make your own in a tea ball and suffice the liquid with a lovely taste that smells amazing as well.
Of course, hot lemonade or limeade with honey can be nice - especially if fighing a cold or flu.
Enjoy!
I can only think of 2: Hot cranberry lemonade: 1 cup hot cranberry juice with a splash of lemon juice and sugar to taste
and hot lemonade: mix juice of 1/2 lemon and a cup of hot (not boiling) water per person, sweeten to taste (it's really good with honey).
all you have left is water or soda
