depends on if your holding it in the office or outwith? you could do summat different n go for a day out or something of go to a xmas outdoor skating rink and drinks?! if staying in the office you could make it a theme where everyone has to wear red and green or summat?
how about a finding a nice quiet bistro in your area reserve a table and let the wine flow.

Hi i think u should just put up some baloons or other decorations and set a table and have lots of food and have loud music but not that loud medium and play games stuff like that i hope this helps have areally good party and areally nice one
Go out to lunch or order and have everyone chip in Get a cake and do a grab bag for money. Have everyone put $5 in a hat someone will have $40 bucks to take home for the holidays
Sometimes I think everyone should just forget that. They can really fo awry. Have a dinner instead. you toast, you eat, you toast, you go home. Much safer.
