Check the local yellow pages under party rental service.
I've rented them at Taylor Rentals, these are the closest to you I believe.

call the party rental businesses in your area - and ask them if they have novelty rentals:

Check your local YELLOW pages for rental shops that specialize in party rentals. They will have everything you are looking for.
Have fun.
Some of these items can be purchased at Party Stores. If you plan on using them more than one or two times. You'll make good for the price you spend.
the first thing I would do is check the local bars.
several bars have popcorn makers and some would be willing to rent it out for the day.
You can actually buy snowcone makers and cotton candy makers at Wal-Mart - for about $20-25 a pop. That would be cheaper than renting. However - my suggestion would be to look in the Yellow Pages under rentals - usually wherever they are renting the giant blow-up jumpy things - they are also renting the stuff you are wanting. Good luck!
