Go bowling or play miniature golf. Go skating or swimming. Consider hiking or biking or picnicking by day instead of partying at night. Do you live near the beach? Clambake or beach party! Have an ice cream party where everyone brings toppings. Have everyone bring an appetizer and the hostess serves drinks (can be wine for those who like, non-alcoholic stuff for those who don't) and you just snack and dish.
Does anyone have a room that needs painting? Curtains that need to be made? A room that needs to be wallpapered? Projects are fun when you do them together.
If you're all single and in the USA there's an organization called Single Volunteers. They operate in many major cities and you go on the web site and sign up for volunteer activites with teams of same numbers of single men and women. You choose what you participate in... could be clean-up after a flood... could be working in a homeless shelter... could be serving food at someone's company picnic... could be almost anything. It's a great way to meet decent guys who are community oriented in a non-barfly environment.
How many of you are there? How about just go out to dinner? Get a big table and just chat yourselves silly. Drinkers can drink, no one has to.
Have an old-fashioned pajama party like you did when you were younger. Call it "Teen Night" and do each others hair and make-up and watch dumb horror movies or chick flicks. Eat pizza, potato chips and dip and give each other manicures.
Have a Baked Potato Party. Hostess provides potatoes... each guest brings a topping to share... you play "hot potato" with a raw potato and whoever the potato stops on has to tell a secret about herself or a funny story about a date or relationship she's had.
Dressing up and getting drunk doesn't appeal to everyone (thank goodness) so try something new :)

Have a scrapbooking party or bake cookies together, go pick out a movie and make popcorn, have your own "dinner and a movie" like on TBS. Have fun and enjoy your friends!
Play bunko - although most chicks wind up getting drunk still, you don't have to dress up.

Alternatively have a go-karting party! A crowd of you racing the tiits off each other for a trophy and a bottle of champers for the winner is a real laugh - yeah - girls are best at racing! They are so competitive!!
Go greyhound racing. Go for a nice meal. Go to the theatre and then book a nice restaurant.
Have some people round to your house and get caterers in. Look through old photos of all the years you have known her. Tell stories of foolish times of your youth.
It doesn't all have to be about drink.

Go to a theme park and relive your childhood - go on rides that you wouldn't normally go on. Have your last official (even though it won't be) blast at being young, free and single.
pick up a guy at a bar and bring him home for a threesome. Thats always fun!

Stay in - watch movies, talk, do your nails or give each other facials, cook something fabulous (make dinners to freeze for the week), do something artsy (co-author a novel, paint, redecorate, indoor gardening, etc), dress up... bring a few different outfits and photograph each other (especially great if you are single and want some good pics to post), make it a dessert night where you all make a dish, play poker, listen to music... anything just to relax and have fun.
You could always go to a nice restaurant, too, where you don't feel compelled to drink... go shopping... go to the movies or theater.
Basically there are plenty of things to do besides getting "sleazed up" and hitting the bars. I know it gets old... I have been there.

You could get together the gang and take a dance class, something like pole dancing or salsa (although this is kind of tricky with no guys) but it would just be a bit of fun. Alternatively if the hen night is a few weeks before the wedding you could go on a spa break and pamper yourselves...
why dont you organise a pamper day at a beauty salon then go for lunch somewhere nice..... if there are just a few of you, you could organise a small get together for drinks and you dont have to get drunk!... find a good club and dance.... sorted!
