it sounds like blue cheese. it is good on and in salads gives a great taset melted on roast beef, pork and chicken. some people call it roquefort. {i know thats spelt wrong} hop this helps

Isn't it great! It is Roquefort....or Blue Cheese. (Wonder where they got that name!) Rather excellent as an ingredient in salad dressings...
