Answer:
Don't remember the name of the hotel but I think you're talking about:
Cite Restaurant, 505 North Lake Shore Drive
their phone is- 312-644-4050
I hope that this is the restaurant !!!

My hubby sure would like to know. Hes stuck there right now, cuz of the storms. Poor baby is gonna have to sleep in the airport.
I would also like to know that since I will be traveling out to Chicago for Navy Grads in 2 weeks. And need to find places to eat.
No, but it sounds like it would be a great place for dinner.
Compass Room..or is that in Phoenix???
There was a Holiday Inn across from the lake on Lake Shore Drive with revolving restaurant, but I don't think that it is there now. There are so many lovely places in Chicago off the Lake though. The hotel you are speaking of was sort of at the south end of the Drive. Most of the nicer ones with views are now closer to loop and Navy Pier. Riva's, located on Navy Pier, is a little pricey, but is literally on the water. Windows face out over the water and it is lovely. You may want to try it.

Enjoy you stay in our beautiful city.
