Food basket might not be a good idea.Don't think some stuff can go across the border.He might not be too happy if he gets stopped and hasseled.Better to make a package with non food items like a card(I miss you)a disposable camara,a phone card for use from Mexico,stuff like that.
bake him some yummy cookies and brownies, and put his favorite soda/drink in there too! a "coupon" for a back massage wont hurt either :-)
well, im sure he'll settle for something non material (you know what i mean)
but i bet he'd like a dope watch. all cool and professioanl looking an what not
I would forget the food! and buy yourself some cute undies! and give him a photo of you in them to take with him!
