Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Giving a party . Thinking about using a balloon drop service. Are they expensive),it will help you,my kids.
Answer:
Why get a balloon drop service? You can get balloon bags, balloons and hand pump inflators at Party City. The whole set up will run you about $35. Have someone be in charge of pulling the cord, at your specified time. P.S. Buy more balloons than you think you'll need (maybe 2 dzn), and don't blow them up bigger than 9". They come out of the bag easier. I hope your party is in a hall with at least 11'high ceilings, or some jerk will try to break it open!
No, they aren't expensive, but it's easier to blow your own up.
I'm bot sure of the price but I got about 20 balloons for my son's party last year at a dollar store. Each balloon was a dollar. So I got 20 balloons for $20!!!
