I'm having a graduation party.

Have several munchies sitting around for people to snack on then just fire up the grill and ask for a grill master... people love to help - it also makes the party - have whatever meats you think your friends will like.. then have your salads and whatevers...
Keep the music to your liking - it is your party...

what kind do you like? you can hook an i-pod up to speakers and blast the night away your way.
make your own cd from your favorite tunes, something which you can throw on and just let it play.
as far as food : serve mini pizza , mini quiche, raw vegetables with dip, mini egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings. just be sure to have the servings small enough to eat without plates and forks, etc.
For food you could grill hamburgers & hot dogs w/ chips, raw veggies & dip. As far as music goes burn a cd of your fav songs that you know others will like as well. Good luck & congrats on graduating!
