I am having a sleepover tonight with some of my friends, but I dont really want to eat a lot of food, as we all do at parties. How do I not eat a lot. I know drinking water kinda helps, but are there any other ideas on how not to eat alot?

You could try to have healthy snack foods on hand so that you can eat and not feel guilty. Veggies and dip, salsa and chips, stuff like that.
Drinking water can help. Sometimes drinking hot tea helps too. I think the real answer is to just NOT eat the junk and save it for something that you really like.

Play a lot of games so you keep busy
don't prepare a lot of food!

Brush your teeth before the party. Who wants to eat chips and cheetos with minty fresh breath?
Or, try eating lots of carrots and/or celery. They help you feel full and have negative calories to help you loose weight.
Put some music and dance.have fun
eat a snack or something before everyone gets there
I would bring my own healthy snacks.
drink lots of wate. keep yourself busy and find some distaction. really, it's all in the mind...
