How about a memory game. And I apologize in advance for the LOOOONNNNGGG explaination.
You pass out song sheets with a couple of songs like "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and "Jingle Bells" to the crowd, and tell them you are going to have a sing-a-long. Make sure you have a kazoo or something, so you can get the right key. And as everyone thinks you are about to start singing, someone dressed as a funky Santa Claus comes out, "HO!HO!HO!!" You act really surprised and say, "Santa, what are you doing here? What a surprise!" And while Santa is walking around the crowd, acting all hip and jolly, he says, "I just came to see if you've all been good little girls and boys or bad little girls and boys!" And you just ad-lib, like "Well Santa, we've all been really good, of course. Didn't you see our end of year financial reports?" Etc. All the while, Santa is still walking around, dragging his bag with him, etc. Nuzzling up to the women, nudging and making fun of some of the guys...like wanting to trade one of the men's ties for a golf ball or something. Meanwhile, you keep ad-libbing. "Well Santa, we are really happy to see you, here. What did you bring for all the good little boys and girls at NAME YOUR COMPANY HERE?" And he stops abruptly, turns around and looks at you totally stunned and says, "NAME OF YOUR COMPANY HERE?? I thought I was at the NAME OF YOUR COMPETITOR COMPANY HERE!" And he runs out the door. Santa has to really make sure everyone gets a good look at him. They will know he is suppose to be Santa...but with more details than average. Such as...Santa is wearing a red baseball cap, green boots, sunglasses, a large belt buckle with a big "KEEP ON TRUCKIN" on it, a HUGE gold ring, a brown plaid shirt, a Hawain lei, a gold tooth or missing front teeth in his mouth, punk-pink stripes in his beard, and his bag full of goodies is overflowing with all kinds of things like a baby doll, golf clubs, stuffed animal, string of tin cans, old bicycle tire, etc. Now...the point is....everyone thought this was your skit. But what they don't realize, is that on the back of the song sheet, they need to right down as many details about santa as they remember. Once everyone is done, you bring Santa back out and list his gear from head to toe..."Red baseball cap, sunglasses, Hawaiin Lei, etc." And the person with the most details wins a prize that "Santa" delivers personally. Could be a gag gift of some sort, like a brand new squirt gun to keep their boss or employees in check, or something REALLY great, like a day off with pay!!
I actually did this for a Christmas program at work about 8 years ago, and it was a huge hit. In fact, the company still uses pictures of the gag in their employee newsletter!! Everyone remembers it and everyone died laughing!! Of course, Santa was played by the company president....no one knew it was him we had him so costumed up...until the very end. Totally fun. PS - it really doesn't take more than 15 minutes. It's a memory game. You don't want Santa out there forever, and you don't want to give them too much time to write down what they remember. (Trust me...they likely won't remember all that much, as they were laughing at Santa, and had no idea they were suppose to remember what he was wearing! ALSO...They can not talk or pass along the info to each other!! That's cheating.)
