Cheese, wine, crackers.

Nachos...chips, chili from can, cheese from jar, jalapenos, refried beans. Pile on and bake till warm.
Or trisuits with a dab of pizza sauce on each, then a pepperoni, then a touch of cheese, warm in microwave! You can go crazy and add shrooms, olives, or spag sauce and cheese.
