do you want ideas for a party? well, just invite some friends over and have food and drinks. you dont need dance music or alcohol. just hang out!
certain drugs can be cheap... and last a while also! lol... JUST KIDDING!!!

get a special some one and go to dinner and a movie. spend a romantic day and night alone..
go karting is usually quite entertaining : )
if you have a Dave and Busters where you live those are always fun. everyone brings their own money to play games and eat but you still get to hang out. all it costs you is what you buy for yourself or if you treat someone.
for my 18th i had a bonfire, invited my closest friends, ate yummy food and hung out. all you need to buy is some fire wood maybe and food.
