2. Obtain massive quantities of alcohol and/or pharms/drugs. (I prefer without pharms or drugs, personally.)
3. Let a bunch of people know about it, and that they can invite others.

Good additives are pizza, music, a swimming pool, someone on good terms with the police, condoms, asprin for the next day, good friends willing to help you clean, and a secure location for everyone's car keys. If outside, consider a bonfire.
